Cancellation Policy
- Rescheduling: Should your plans change, we are more than happy to reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that at least 24 hours' notice is required to make any adjustments. This allows us the opportunity to offer your original time slot to another client. - Cancellations: We understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, to be considerate of the needs of both our clients and our staff, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made without a minimum of 24 hours' notice are subject to a no-refund policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
