Certified advanced yoga teacher with a specialty in Eastern medicine and holistic practices that seamlessly integrate into a healing approach.​

I've helped people of all ages move with less pain and more ease for over 15 years as a physical therapist across the country. 

 

With a fascination with anatomy that runs so deep, I can’t help but analyze gait patterns and spot body asymmetries everywhere—especially at airports, theme parks, and in line at the coffee shop.

A Few Fun Facts About Me

Julia Avidane

I currently live in South Florida, where I’m originally from.

I take hour long walks almost every day for heart health and stress relief. 

Despite being a posture expert, I still catch myself slouching, moving awkwardly, being little clumsy and hunching over my phone. That’s why I’m passionate about helping others live pain-free and more aligned.

I brought a foam roller with me wherever I lived during my travel therapy days. It’s my favorite tool for relieving upper back tension. (Btw, they make travel-sized ones!)

I grew up dancing ballet, and enjoy hobbies like skiing, horseback riding, and anything on the water.
